Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship application for foreign students has already started. Followings are categories of scholarship, enrollment requirements and universities information. Those who are interested, please send CVs to email: chinaconsul_kkt@mfa.gov.cn before 14 June.
I. Categories and Requirements of Enrollment
1. Precollege Students: must have graduated from high school and obtained relating learning ability or above, being under 25 years of age.
2. Chinese language and other professional training students: must obtain bachelor’s degree and relating learning ability or above and under 55 years of age.
3. College Students: must have graduated from high school and obtained relating learning ability or above, being under 25 years of age.
4. Undergraduate students: must have graduated from high school and obtained equally learning ability with excellent academic performance, being under 25 years of age.
5. Postgraduate students: must obtain bachelor’s degree and equally learning ability with excellent academic performance, being under 35 years of age.
6. Doctoral students: must obtain master degree and equally learning ability with excellent academic performance, being under 35 years of age.
Applicants for the above-mentioned Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarships should obtain HSK Level-4 certificate or above, except for precollege students, Chinese language and other professional training students, and undergraduate students who major in English-taught MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) program.
