On March 20, 2009, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Li Hui met with Russian Ambassador to China Sergey Razov, exchanging views on bilateral ties, the development of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and other issues. Following the meeting, both sides signed a consultation plan for 2009 between the two Foreign Ministries.
