On March 16, 2009, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Jieyi met with co-chairmen of the Canada-China Legislative Association (CCLA) Senator Joseph Day and Congressman Daryl Kramp, who were here in China at the invitation of the China-Canada Parliamentary Association of the National People’s Congress. Both sides exchanged views on China-Canada relations and other issues.
