We will maintain the continuity and consistency of macro policies while enhancing their effectiveness and make pre-adjustments, fine-tuning and cross-cyclical adjustments to stabilize rational market expectations. We will maintain stable industrial and supply chains, ensure electricity supply and basic livelihoods, and make sure that the economy is operating within a reasonable range. We will continue to deepen reform, promote high-level opening-up, foster a market-oriented and law-based international business environment, ensure equal treatment to Chinese and foreign-invested enterprises, and promote fair competition. We welcome overseas enterprises to invest in China.
